What is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)?


DBT is a unique modality that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psycho-education and mindfulness practices. It is a sought after methodology due to its ability to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses and concerns including depression, anxiety and self harming behaviors.
