P.S. Therapy
THERAPIST

Office: Brooklyn/Telehealth | Pronouns: She/Her
Whatever brings you here is a meaningful place to start. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationships, intimacy, identity, and belonging. Sometimes insight isn't enough to create change. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, shift old patterns, and find new ways of responding to what you're experiencing.
My style is warm, relational, and engaged. I bring curiosity and compassion to the work, with room for both the difficult things and the humor, joy, and contradictions that make us human. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I see affirming care as a baseline of my practice.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory, drawing from ACT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches. Before joining P.S. Therapy, I spent more than a decade in behavioral health, most recently as a Clinical Supervisor in a New York State OASAS-certified residential treatment program.
I hold master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Education from Columbia University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege in New York.
