I believe one of the biggest mistakes you can make is to go through life without feeling alive and satisfied in both your personal relationships as well as your work.

We all have a tendency to minimize the importance of satisfying  relationships. If we feel things are slipping and not as they should be, we self protect. We find activities to distract ourselves and divert our attention away from our discomfort. Before long, we find ourselves in an empty marriage or a job that we hate — and feeling like we have no alternative but to continue with the same patterns.

Many of my patients have come into treatment with a general feeling of sadness and malaise but are unable to identify the origins of these feelings. Together we work to uncover the reasons for the sadness and the obstacles that stand in the way of gaining greater clarity and definition of purpose.

Whether your marriage is in trouble or you are yearning to return to meaningful work we can work together to define your goals and provide a pathway for connection so that you can lead the resonant life you long for.
